DESIGNER PROFILE

Set to be an Architect, Bianca Maloles had a change of heart the last minute when she was about to pay her tuition for her first term in UST and instead, a change in the blow of the wind led her to study her destined craft, Interior Design, at the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID). After getting her certificate at PSID, she went on to finish her degree at De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde where she was a consistent Dean’s Lister and where she graduated with honors with her Degree BS-InD. At 2013, she became a legitimate professional by acquiring a license through the board exam of Interior Design at the PRC. Becoming a full pledged designer, she joined other pledged roster of designers at The Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID). With her love for homes and the how the mood a certain space feels, she definitely loved sharing the feeling. At 2015, she earned a Certificate for a short course in Entertaining In Style at the School of Fashion and the Arts (SoFA).

Born and raised in the south of Manila where the vibe is chill and laid back, she can design a Tropical Abode or conceptualize a Sea Side Resort for many to unwind in but can also be bold and daring like the cities she goes to when she dines, wines, and have fun. She draws inspiration from beautiful experiences of life and the places that she has been to. Has travelled around the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, and lots more places to be ticked off her list, her favorite place is Europe where most of the history of Art & Architecture begun. She believes that a designed space doesn’t reflect the designer’s style and taste mainly but the clients and the people who live in it. Her design style isn’t constrained but is definitely flexible and is guaranteed, all in good taste.
